FILLER TREATMENT AREAS

At Rise Aesthetics in Phoenix Arizona, we specialize in advanced dermal filler treatments designed to achieve full facial balance. Every treatment is customized to your unique facial anatomy to ensure harmonious results that elevate your natural beauty.

TEMPLES
deep temple hollows can create an older, unhealthy appearance. temple filler restores volume and provides a smoother transition to the hairline and cheeks.
CHEEKS
cheek filler gives the midface structure, creating a pretty natural-looking contour. this area supports the under-eyes.
TEAR TROUGHS
under-eye hollows make someone look tired. tear trough filler decreases the hollow, creating a more rested and refreshed look.
NASOLABIAL FOLDS
a.k.a the “smile lines” between the nose and mouth can be softened with filler to smooth deep creases.
LIPS
lip filler can enhance hydration, shape, symmetry, and definition. we prioritize shape > volume for natural-looking lips!
MARIONETTE LINES
filler to the these lines at the mouth corners can support areas that pull downward, minimizing shadows and giving
a more lifted appearance.
CHIN
chin filler adds projection, improves profile balance, and enhances facial proportions.
LIP LINES
wrinkles above the upper lip / “barcode lines” / “smoker’s lines” can be smoothed with delicate filler techniques to restore softness without adding volume.
JAWLINE
sculpt the jawline with filler for a more defined lower face. this treatment can also help disguise jowling and facial sagging.

FILLER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The number of syringes depends on your goals, facial anatomy, and the area(s) being treated. Some areas — like lips or smile lines— may only need 1 syringe, while full facial balancing may require 2–6 syringes spread across multiple areas. During your consultation, we will customize a unique plan that aligns with your natural anatomy and desired results.

If you’re planning for a special event or trip, we recommend scheduling your treatment at least 2 weeks before the big day — ideally 4 weeks before — to ensure your results are fully settled and looking their best.

Follow these tips before your filler appointment to minimize bruising, swelling, & infection risk:

  • No dental work or vaccines within 2 weeks before or after filler.
  • Avoid blood-thinners for 3–5 days: Blood-thinners include drinking alcohol, taking aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, & certain supplements like fish oil or vitamin E  (unless prescribed by your doctor).

  • Stay well-hydrated & eat a light meal before your appointment.

  • Let us know if you have a history of cold sores because we may prescribe an antiviral medication to prevent an outbreak.

Results from dermal filler are visible immediately after your treatment. However, you should expect some swelling, which can take 3-5 days to go away. Once the swelling settles, you’ll see the final results 2 weeks after treatment.

Most people experience minimal downtime after filler injections. Swelling & redness are common and typically resolve within 3–5 days, but can sometimes last up to 2 weeks. Most patients do not bruise, but it’s always possible.

To ensure the best results & a smooth recovery:

  • No makeup on the treated areas for 24 hours.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise excessive heat or 48 hours.
  • Apply ice pack to treated areas – 10 minutes on then 10 minutes off – to reduce swelling or bruising.
  • Avoid massaging the treated areas unless instructed.

Longevity depends on the area treated, type of filler used, and your metabolism. On average:

  • TEMPLES: up to 18 months
  • TEAR TROUGHS & CHEEKS: 12–18 months

  • CHIN & JAWLINE 10-12 months

  • NASOLABIAL FOLDS & MARIONETTE LINES: 8-10 months

  • LIPS: 6–12 months

With consistent maintenance about once a year, results can be long-lasting and even improve over time.
