This Privacy Policy explains how Rise Aesthetics, LLC (“Rise Aesthetics,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information through riseaesthetics.co (the “Site”), our online forms and booking, and our email and text communications.

We protect your medical records and the health information you share as part of your care (“protected health information” or “PHI”) according to HIPAA privacy standards, as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which controls if it conflicts with this policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

To schedule and manage consultations and appointments, and send reminders
To provide, follow up on and document your care
To process payments and apply our cancellation policy
To answer your questions and messages
To send our newsletter and promotional offers, if you’ve opted in
To understand how visitors use the Site and improve it
To protect the security of the Site and prevent fraud
To meet our legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations

3. Health Information

We use and share PHI only as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. We do not use your PHI for marketing without your written authorization.

Our general contact and newsletter forms are not designed for health information. Please share health details only through our booking and intake forms or secure patient messaging.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us run the practice, such as our booking, payment, electronic health record, secure messaging, email, website hosting and analytics providers. They may use it only to provide services to us. Providers that handle PHI sign a HIPAA business associate agreement.
For legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our patients, staff or others.
In a business transfer, such as a sale or merger of the practice, subject to this policy.
With your consent, in any other situation.

We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Tracking

The Site uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep it working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site and measure our advertising. These may include Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and advertising tags from Google and other ad platforms. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you visit and the actions you take on the Site, and share that information with the companies that provide them.

We do not place these tools on pages or forms where you enter health information, and we do not share your health information with advertising platforms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Google, Meta and TikTok account settings. Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

6. Email and Text Messages

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email. We may still send you messages about your appointments and account. Text messages are covered by our SMS Terms & Conditions; reply STOP at any time to opt out.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep medical records for the periods required by Arizona law (A.R.S. § 12-2297). We keep other information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as required for legal, tax or accounting reasons, and we keep records of your communication consents.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including HIPAA-compliant systems for PHI. No website or online transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to review, update or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Your rights to access and amend your medical records are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws, such as the right to know what we collect, request deletion, correct information or opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email us at booking@riseaesthetics.co. We will verify your identity before responding and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the Site, and we will delete it if we learn we have.

11. Links and Social Media

The Site links to and embeds content from other sites, including Instagram and TikTok. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and notify you by email or text where required.
